This role combines technical support, post-sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally.
About the Role
Professional Requirements:
- Several years of experience in a technical service or similar role
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applications
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)
- Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in multicultural environments
- Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing)
- Perform technical diagnosis and troubleshooting on security systems
- Deliver technical training (pre- and post-sales), both in-person and online
- Offer technical support to internal sales teams (Italy and abroad)
- Analyze technical specifications and international project tenders
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and technical events in support of the sales department
- Work closely with R&D and Technical Marketing departments
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle
- Support the commercial team with technical expertise during promotional and negotiation phases
- Act as a technical ambassador for CIAS in both national and international markets

Firmware Electronic Design Engineer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Firmware Electronic Design Engineer to join our Research & Development team.
Responsibilities
- Technical feasibility analysis
- Firmware/Software design
- Firmware/Software review
- Design of Firmware/Software for test systems used in validation
- Definition of production and testing phases
- Design of Firmware/Software for testing equipment
- Definition of quality control processes and elements
- Preparation of project/product/production/testing documentation, both technical and commercial (technical drawings, manuals, etc.)
- Development and programming of prototypes/projects/products and/or test/validation environments
- Execution of debugging and validation tests on
- Firmware/Software for prototypes/projects/products and/or test/validation environments
Qualifications
Technical diploma (Electronics Technician) and/or a degree in Electronic/Computer Engineering
Required Skills
- Knowledge of main FW-SW design environments
- Experience in firmware design (Microcontrollers; C/C++; Linux OS)
- Experience with basic laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.)
- Experience with commonly used design software (compilers, design tools, simulators, etc.)
- Ability to independently develop/program test boards and evaluation kits
- Ability to write technical reports (test reports) and documentation (IT/EN)
- Good technical English
