To receive technical support, you can open a ticket directly from the CIAS app.

Here is a step-by-step guide to speed up the processing of your request.

How to open a support ticket from the app:

  1. Log in to the CIAS app with your credentials.

  2. Go to the “My tickets” section

  3. Open “Start troubleshooting” at the bottom right.

  4. Fill out the form with the required information and you will receive an initial resolution.

  5. If we have not resolved the issue, you can open a ticket: our team will respond as soon as possible.

To request technical assistance for our products, you must download the “REQUEST FORM,” fill it out completely, and send it by fax to the numbers listed on the form.

the form can be edited on a computer for greater convenience and clarity.
