Works in very narrow corridors
Designed to work in extremely narrow spaces typically covered by infrared barriers, the linear microwave beams in Micro-Ray
have a diameter of just 40 cm giving highly accurate and effective detection and protection in corridors only 1 meter (3.2 ft.) wide.
Total immunity to fog and sun
Due to the nature of microwave technology, MICRO-RAY offers total immunity to sunlight, fog and high beam headlights. Even under extreme environmental conditions, its effectiveness remains unchanged, overcoming the limitations of conventional infrared barriers that can be easily affected by sunlight or weather.
Fuzzy Logic - digital signal analysis
Each MICRO-RAY beam uses advanced digital signal analysis based on Fuzzy Logic, which can interpret the signal and effectively distinguish between real intrusions and unintentional disturbances. Each beam is designed with specific algorithms to detect different intrusion attempts, such as crawling (detected by lowest cell) to jumping (captured by the highest cell/beam).
Even when operating in tight spaces, the effectiveness of the microwave remains unchanged, with its intelligent approach that improves accuracy and dramatically reduces false alarms, ensuring maximum security in any installation scenario.
IP and Cyber
Despite the fact that it is very compact, it can house an IP-Doorway interface to power it in PoE and manage it remotely with a single Ethernet cable, allowing simplicity and savings in installation.
Micro-Ray can be fully calibrated and managed remotely with Wave-test 2 or CIAS Tuner software.
It complies with the 802.1X cyber security standard, offering reliable protection against cyber attacks.
