Our North American Business Development Manager has been onboard for the past 4 years, and his task load goes way beyond that of developing the market in North America for CIAS technologies. His day can involve anything from product training to site visits to commissioning to selling and supporting, he does it all. Fabio is a graduate of electronic telecommunications and as such, he understands both the technical and sales aspects in growing the market. He bounces around the globe but most of his time is in the USA and Canada.

Our North American Leader of the Pack is the President and Executive Managing Director of CIAS Security Inc., Miami, Florida and the Executive Managing Director and co-owner of CIAS, the Italian-based parent company. Even with those high ranking titles, Raf gets his hands dirty and works with the North American team on every level. No opportunity is too big or too small for our illustrious leader to get involved. A true leader, he runs the company and marathons!

Marketing & Sales Associate
Cathy is no stranger to the perimeter security space having worked in various marketing & sales roles for the past 15 years, always with security systems manufacturers. As a member of the CIAS team, she is expanding the North American footprint for CIAS working with integrators, the A&E community & final customers – educating them on the CIAS value proposition. She has a keen sense of and appreciation for the complexities and the challenges the great outdoors presents in perimeter security system performance. A graduate of the Public Relations/Journalism degree program at Mount Saint Vincent University (Nova Scotia), Cathy loves being a part of the CIAS Family.
Dusty Llewellyn
Field Sales Engineer
Our newest family member, Dusty hails from Minnesota and serves as CIAS’s Field Sales Engineer. He brings a wealth of experience with great perspective to the North American team having worked with large system integrators in the past. This allows him to understand the customers’ requirements completely and the various layers of security (and integration required) for a complete solution. Always ready, with suitcase in hand, he will travel the continent assisting customers and also working remotely from his demo room for troubleshooting and assisting on whatever front.
